About Decoded Delights Bakery

Decoded Delights Bakery offers artisan bakery items, curated gifting, and tea-inspired experiences. Products and services may be offered in limited releases, seasonal collections, custom orders, tasting boxes, private tea experiences, or special event formats.

Decoded Delights Bakery operates in accordance with applicable Nevada cottage food requirements where applicable.

Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not use this site to interfere with the website, misuse its content, submit false information, or engage in conduct that may harm Decoded Delights Bakery or other users.

Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. Because our items are made in small batches, quantities may be limited.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, limit, or refuse any product, service, release, or order at any time.

Orders & Inquiries

Submitting an inquiry, joining a waitlist, or completing an online form does not guarantee availability or acceptance of an order.

An order is not confirmed until Decoded Delights Bakery has accepted the order and provided confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including but not limited to orders that cannot be fulfilled legally, safely, or within our production capacity.

Pricing & Payment

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment terms, deposits, delivery fees, rental fees, service fees, and any applicable taxes will be communicated before an order or booking is confirmed.

Cottage Food Notice

Where applicable, Decoded Delights Bakery products are made in a cottage food operation. Cottage food items are not produced in a permitted commercial food establishment.

Each cottage food item will include the required cottage food statement:

MADE IN A COTTAGE FOOD OPERATION THAT IS NOT SUBJECT TO GOVERNMENT FOOD SAFETY INSPECTION.

Nevada cottage food rules require covered items to be properly packaged and labeled, and cottage food operations are excluded from the definition of a permitted food establishment.

Allergens

Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, and sesame.

We do not guarantee an allergen-free kitchen, equipment, packaging area, or product.

Customers are responsible for disclosing allergies or dietary restrictions before ordering. Decoded Delights Bakery may decline an order if we cannot safely accommodate the request.

Product Images & Descriptions

We make every effort to describe and display our products accurately. However, because items are handmade, variations in color, size, shape, decoration, packaging, and presentation may occur.

Images on the website or social media are for style and presentation purposes and may not represent the exact final product.

Custom Orders & Special Requests

Custom orders, private tea experiences, gifting requests, and special packaging may require additional lead time, separate pricing, deposits, or written agreements.

Decoded Delights Bakery reserves the right to decline custom requests that fall outside our production capacity, brand standards, legal requirements, or food safety guidelines.

Rentals & Private Experiences

Private tea experiences, tablescape styling, serving pieces, linens, rentals, and related services may be subject to additional terms, including deposits, replacement charges, cancellation policies, setup requirements, delivery requirements, and damage fees.

Those terms will be provided separately when applicable.

Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, images, product names, designs, copy, logos, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Decoded Delights Bakery unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Decoded Delights Bakery is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of this website, purchase of products, participation in tasting circles, or use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
