Decoded Delights Bakery offers luxury artisan bakes, curated gifting, specialty tea and coffee offerings, limited-release collections, and future private experience offerings. We take care in preparing, packaging, and fulfilling each order so that it arrives beautifully and in the best condition possible.

Shipping Availability

Decoded Delights Bakery may offer shipping through third-party carriers, including but not limited to USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other approved delivery providers.

Shipping availability may vary based on:

Product type;
Destination;
Weather conditions;
Packaging requirements;
Production schedule;
Carrier availability;
Order size or customization.

Some products may be available for shipping, while others may be limited to local delivery or pickup due to quality, fragility, perishability, or presentation requirements.

Processing Time

All orders are prepared or fulfilled in small batches. Processing times may vary depending on the item, order volume, production schedule, and whether the order is part of a limited release, custom order, seasonal collection, or third-party fulfillment arrangement.

Estimated processing and shipping timelines will be provided at checkout, on the product page, or during the order confirmation process.

Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Shipping Methods & Carrier Delivery

Once your order is transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier. Decoded Delights Bakery is not responsible for carrier delays, missed delivery attempts, routing issues, weather delays, incorrect tracking updates, or service interruptions after the package has been accepted by the carrier.

We will provide tracking information when available.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of order.

Decoded Delights Bakery is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, returned, or delivered incorrectly due to:

Incorrect addresses;
Missing apartment, suite, or unit numbers;
Undeliverable addresses;
Recipient unavailability;
Carrier access restrictions;
Address changes requested after fulfillment has begun.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order, if reshipment is possible.

Warm Weather, Perishable Items & Product Quality

Some bakery items may be sensitive to heat, humidity, delays, or extended transit times. We package orders carefully, but we cannot guarantee that products will remain unaffected by extreme weather, prolonged carrier delays, or improper handling after shipment.

During warm weather or certain seasons, we may:

Limit shipping days;
Require expedited shipping;
Add insulated packaging or cold packs where appropriate;
Pause shipping for certain products;
Recommend local pickup or delivery instead.

Decoded Delights Bakery reserves the right to delay shipment if weather conditions may compromise product quality.

Shipping Days

To reduce the risk of packages sitting in transit over weekends or holidays, we may limit shipping to specific days of the week.

Shipping schedules may vary depending on the product, destination, carrier transit times, and seasonal demand.

Third-Party Fulfillment

Some specialty tea, coffee, pantry, gifting, or partner products may be fulfilled by third-party suppliers or fulfillment partners. These items may ship separately from Decoded Delights Bakery-prepared items and may be subject to separate processing times, shipping timelines, packaging, and carrier handling.

Product pages or checkout details will indicate when an item is fulfilled separately or by a third-party partner.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

Your name;
Order number;
Photos of the damaged item;
Photos of the packaging;
A description of the issue.

We will review the issue and may offer a replacement, partial refund, store credit, or other resolution at our discretion.

Please keep all original packaging until the issue has been reviewed.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Decoded Delights Bakery is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received by the customer.

If your package is marked delivered but missing, please first contact the carrier and check with neighbors, building management, front desk staff, mailrooms, or household members.

We may assist with filing a carrier claim when appropriate, but refunds or replacements are not guaranteed for packages marked as delivered.

Delayed Packages

Carrier delays may occur and are outside of our control. Because some products are food items, delays may affect quality. Decoded Delights Bakery is not responsible for product quality issues caused by carrier delays, weather delays, incorrect addresses, missed delivery attempts, or customer unavailability.

We will review concerns on a case-by-case basis but cannot guarantee refunds or replacements for delays caused by the carrier.

Local Delivery

Local delivery may be available within designated service areas.

Delivery availability, fees, and delivery windows will be confirmed before your order is accepted or at checkout.

Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the order during the confirmed delivery window, especially for items that should not be left unattended.

Decoded Delights Bakery is not responsible for product quality after delivery has been completed.

Local Pickup

Pickup may be available for select orders, releases, or private arrangements.

Pickup orders must be collected during the agreed pickup window. Orders not picked up during the confirmed window may be forfeited and may not be eligible for refund.

Private Gifting, Events & Large Orders

Private gifting, corporate gifting, custom orders, and event-related orders may be subject to separate fulfillment terms, shipping timelines, delivery fees, deposits, or handling requirements.

Those terms will be communicated before the order is confirmed.

International Shipping

At this time, Decoded Delights Bakery does not provide international shipping.

If international shipping becomes available, additional fees, customs duties, taxes, import restrictions, and extended delivery timelines may apply. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import requirements associated with international shipments.

Product Care After Receipt

Once an order has been delivered, picked up, or marked as delivered by the carrier, the customer is responsible for proper handling, storage, and consumption.
