Decoded Delights Bakery is a Nevada-based artisan bakery and tea-inspired gifting brand.

Cottage Food Disclosure

Certain Decoded Delights Bakery products are prepared under Nevada cottage food requirements.

Where applicable, products are made in a cottage food operation and are not prepared in a permitted commercial food establishment.

Required Nevada cottage food statement:

MADE IN A COTTAGE FOOD OPERATION THAT IS NOT SUBJECT TO GOVERNMENT FOOD SAFETY INSPECTION.

SNHD states that approved cottage food items must be packaged in the home before transport and sale, properly labeled, and limited to allowed non-potentially hazardous food categories.

Not a Permitted Food Establishment

A cottage food operation is not the same as a permitted restaurant, bakery, caterer, or commercial food establishment. Nevada law excludes cottage food operations from the definition of a food establishment when operating within the requirements of NRS 446.866.

Allergen Notice

Products may contain or come into contact with wheat, milk, eggs, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, and other allergens.

Customers with severe allergies should contact Decoded Delights Bakery before ordering. We cannot guarantee that any product is free from cross-contact with allergens.

Product Handling

Customers are responsible for properly storing, handling, and consuming products after pickup or delivery.

Decoded Delights Bakery is not responsible for product quality or safety after an order has been received and is no longer under our control.
