At Decoded Delights Bakery, each order is prepared in small batches with care, intention, and attention to detail. Because our products are food items and many orders are prepared specifically for each client, all sales are final once an order has been confirmed.
Food Products
Due to the nature of cottage food products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been prepared, packaged, delivered, or picked up.
We are unable to resell returned food items for safety and quality reasons.
Refunds
Refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
A refund, partial refund, store credit, or replacement may be offered at our discretion if:
- The wrong item was provided;
- An item was missing from your order;
- The order was damaged before receipt;
- There was a confirmed issue caused by Decoded Delights Bakery.
To request review of an order issue, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at:

Please include:
- Your name;
- Order details;
- A description of the issue;
- Clear photos, if applicable.
Requests submitted after 24 hours may not be eligible for review.
Taste Preferences
Because taste, texture, sweetness level, flavor preferences, and personal expectations vary, we do not provide refunds based solely on personal preference.
Allergies & Dietary Restrictions
Decoded Delights Bakery products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including but not limited to wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, and sesame.
Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient and allergen information before placing an order. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Cancellations
Because our products are made in limited batches, cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible.
Orders may not be canceled once ingredients have been purchased, production has begun, or the order has been prepared.
Private Tea Experiences, Rentals, and Special Orders
Private tea experiences, custom gifting, rentals, and special orders may be subject to separate cancellation terms, deposits, damage fees, or service agreements. Those terms will be provided at the time of booking or inquiry.
