By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms below.
Refund Policy - the basics
At Decoded Delights Bakery, every treat is baked fresh to order from our home kitchen in Las Vegas, Nevada. Because our products are perishable and handcrafted in small batches, certain sales policies are necessary to protect both you and our bakery.

No Returns on Perishable Goods
Due to the nature of baked goods, we do not accept returns under any circumstances.
All sales are final once items leave our bakery.

Refunds (When We Do Offer Them)
We want you to love your order. Refunds or replacements may be offered in the following situations:
✔ You received the wrong item - We will replace or refund the item.
✔ Your order arrived significantly damaged

Please report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

The shipping box

The inside packaging

The damaged item(s)
✔ Your package is missing due to USPS carrier error
Missing-package claims must go through USPS tracking and investigation.
Once USPS confirms non-delivery, we will work with you on a resolution.

Refunds Not Offered For:

Carrier delays (USPS, UPS)

Packages sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout

Melted, softened, or heat-affected items

Slight variations in shape, size, or color (handmade variations are normal)

Taste or preference issues

Packages marked “delivered” by USPS but missing (porch theft)

Weather-related damage

Failure to retrieve the package promptly after delivery
These policies are standard for micro-bakeries and protect the safety, quality, and integrity of perishable goods

Order Cancellations
Because we begin prepping ingredients shortly after orders are placed:
​
✔ Orders may be canceled within 6 hours of purchase.
After 6 hours, the order enters the baking schedule and cannot be canceled or refunded.
