1. About Us (Home-Based Cottage Food Operation)

Decoded Delights Bakery is a home-based cottage food business operating in Las Vegas, Nevada (Clark County). All products are prepared in a private residence that is not routinely inspected by the Southern Nevada Health District.

2. Eligibility to Purchase

By placing an order, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 18 years old

• Agree to provide accurate shipping and contact information

• Are purchasing goods for personal use (not resale)

3. Ordering & Payment

All products are baked fresh to order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including:

• Suspected fraudulent activity

• Incorrect or incomplete information

• Situations where ingredients or supplies are unexpectedly unavailable

Payment is due at checkout. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods supported by Wix.

4. Pricing & Availability

Prices and product availability are subject to change at any time. If a price or product listing error occurs, we reserve the right to correct it.

5. Shipping, Delivery & Processing

By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

• Processing time is typically 48–72 hours before shipment or delivery.

• Shipping is handled via USPS, and delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

• We are not responsible for USPS delays, lost packages, or weather-related issues.

• You are responsible for providing a correct address at checkout.

• Packages marked “delivered” by USPS are considered delivered.

Local delivery is available within a defined radius of ZIP code 89166. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary based on order volume. For complete details, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

6. Refunds, Cancellations & Returns

Because our products are perishable, all sales are final. Refunds are only offered in limited circumstances such as receiving the wrong item or significant damage during transit (with timely photo evidence). Orders may be canceled within 6 hours of purchase. Please see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.

7. Food Safety, Allergens & Ingredients

Products may contain or come into contact with:
wheat, eggs, milk, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, and other common allergens.

We do not guarantee an allergen-free environment.

By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for reviewing ingredient information and determining whether a product is safe for your personal consumption.

8. Cottage Food Compliance Notice

As required by Nevada cottage food law:

“These products are made in a home kitchen not inspected by the Southern Nevada Health District.” This notice applies to all items sold by Decoded Delights Bakery.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse our website, including but not limited to:

• Attempting unauthorized access

• Modifying, copying, or distributing content

• Using automated tools to harvest data

• Engaging in fraudulent activity
